Alexander Hill captured the winning image from Signal Hill. It was taken in September 2016, as the sun set on Table Mountain. The judges loved the vibrant spring scene, and thought this photograph of Cape Town was unique and different from the usual Cape Town sunset pictures. Alexander walks away with the quarterly prize of the Swarovski CL Pocket 10x25 Binoculars, valued at $800.
